The site is closed to all customers from Noon on Christmas Eve, All Christmas Day, All Boxing Day plus extra Bank Holiday, and re-opens at 0900 on the 28th December 2026

Daylight Saving Time (DST) closing times change on a Sunday a.m.

Winter Storage. From Monday 9th. November 2026 to Friday March 19th. 2027 when Bronze / Bronze [Slab] / Bronze [Boat] / Silver Services are storage only, but with pedestrian access.

During the Winter Bronze/Silver storage period, the internal site barriers will be in operation for Gold, Gold*, Platinum Platinum* customers only.

Platinum and Platinum* Service customers have access 24/7 - only exceptions are Christmas closure period.
